When I add a new record I'm getting a yellow instead of "the record was added"

Note I migrated from version 6.0 to 6.1

This is the image I get after the record was added. This has acantecer after the upgrade to version 6.1.

But does not affect the recording of data.

That is the area where the error/success message is printed. Make sure you are not using a yellow text on a yellow background.
