I thought that I saw a solution for this but I can't find it.
I have two types of users.
One - sees a single table. (No Tabs and no Menu)
Two - sees a couple of tables. (With Tabs for each and a Menu page)
I created a new tab for a "Help" page redirected to an external HTML page. Added it to the MENU page.
But it doesn't show up as a Tab for user ONE - since they only see a single table.
How can I get the TAB/Menu feature to display for user ONE even though they only view one table?
(Then I can add the "Help" page to the Menu too.)
