Hi,
I am getting the following error when loading PHP Runner 5.3: PHP Runner has stopped working
The software was running fine before. I even upgraded to PHP Runner 6.1 and it gives the same error..

  • Windows Server 2008 (Standard), SP1

could you clarify when this happens i.e. when you start PHPRunner or when you open specific project?

You can also get the latest build (11825) though problem is definitely somewhere else.
Does it produce the dump file? If yes, send it to support team.
What changes were made to this Windows machine before PHPRunner stopped working i.e. new firewall or antivirus software installed, service pack etc?
Just in case try it on another machine.

The error occurs when loading PHPRunner software. I installed the latest build, and have the same issue.
There were some updates on the server...please see attached screenshot...wonder if the failed updates could cause the software issue.

really hard to tell what might be wrong. If PHPRunner stopped working at some point that means machine configuration has changed. Usually it's related to some software update or firewall/antivirus.
Does it produce the dump file?

It was an issue with SP2...
