I just upgraded a larger project from 5.2 to 6.1 and when I build the project it only does 126 files which is far less then there really is (with or without the full build checked). None of the files that go in the root of the project (the actual php files) and almost all of the include files are missing. Is there a way to trick phpr 6.1 into building the whole project.

I went back and converted the project 1st to PHPR 6.0 saved it and then to 6.1 and that fixed my issue.
