starting Word in ASP.Net

Hello,
I am transferring from access to ASP.Net

in Access I can open Word and merge the chosen documents with the export files as can be made with ASPrunner, and write the merged files with a name and on a place fully assigned bij my application.

Can this be done in ASP.net and how?

what about the microsoft.office.interop.word

I added that to the references and i see all the functions I need, but when I want to use them I get the message that I have to grant permissions
products of microsoft should work together?
