Has anyone seen this before this is happening occasionally when a page loads, a refresh sorts it out but its annoying, any ideas please.

It looks like a PHP module compilation problem not a PHPrunner issue.

Sorry what does this mean, does this mean its server side issue ??

Yes, this looks like an issue with PHP configuration on the web server. My guess is that PHP version on the server needs to be updated.
