Hi, I searched and there were a few questions around this topic but I wanted to re-ask it from my exact situation. "Export results" vs. "export selected" button.
- If I click "export selected" button I get normal export page asking me to pick an export format (word, excel, csv). If I choose Excel everything does work fine, no problems.
- If I click the "export results" button at the top of list page all I get is list page again in new tab. Never brings up the export page asking to choose format.
I know there was something in the release 6 notes about compiling phpexcel but I'm not sure that is my problem because I do get excel to work fine from the "export selected" button.
System is Linux, Oracle backend, latest build of 6.0 PHPR.
Any ideas? I don't like having a button at the top that does nothing, it just invites questions from users. If it can't be fixed is there an easy way to hide the export results button since I have great export functionality already working from the "export selected" button.
