Menu Links

Hello,
i have developed a project in phpRunner.

i have some issues like:
some menu links are not displaying

eg.:
In menus if there is any report to be displayed on clicking that menu then ideally the link will be

<Table_Name>_report.php

but in my case the menu link is displaying only

_report.php

so when i click on that link i get 404 error as there is no such page found.
why would this be happening i have checked Database in ugrights table also check displaymenu, menu.php, menuitems
please help me ASAP.
