I have done this, I am telling you there is a problem, yesterday without making any alterations I could not click on anything without it asking me to logon again then after about 2 hours it started to work again with the occasional expired message. I had not changed anything within the application or on the server. |

it is setup exactly the way your documents state, and it keeps timing out, I have double checked and even sent you images of the settings so what more can I do if I have done what you have sent me. Steve, in web development everything is tied sessions. You just need to configure your server properly or hire someone who can. Nothing will work if sessions are not working. |

No, it's not possible to override server settings in global.asp. According to what I see on the Internet this appears to be a common problem with IIS 6. Most people say that setting 'Maximum number of worker processes' to 1 solves the issue. http://webcheatsheet.com/asp/asp_troubleshooting.php#problems |

Sorry not sure what happened, I am trying various IIS6 settings to try and resolve this its a real pain though. Close. Not really sure what the latest post is supposed to mean. |
