Making Edit Page not accesoble if a check box is selected

Please note there is a "I approve the ad to run as-is" check box field. I would like the code and instruction to make this page not viewable once the check box has been selected. In other words, once my customer checks this box the page will not be viewable to anyone.
OR!!!! Make this check box un available to be "Un checked" on this page.

This is definitely possible with a little manual coding.
Post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program. We'll see how we can help you with this.

I tried but I got a pop up saying ZIp file exceeds the capacity of Demo Account
