Beta of PHPRunner 6.1 and ASPRunnerPro 7.1 updated

Fixed in this build:
- fixed ORDER BY field with space in its name in lookup wizard
- fixed ASPRunnerPro IE 7/8 issue with multiple key columns
- fixed AJAX list page sorting in Safari browser
- fixed copy of report/chart naming (new name entered by user were ignored)
- fixed missing pagination in Active Directory user group assignment popup
- fixed data decryption in lookup wizard built on the top of non-project table
Survey template was updated as well. Survey template requires ASPRunnerPro 7.0 or better or PHPRunner6.0 or better.
