Hello,

I would use PHPRunner to make an intranet used by 5-6 users.

I have tested using XP Home sp3 and XAMPP 1.7.7 I have also enabled eAccelerator, but I would like to increase the execution speed.

What PC operating system and advise me to use?

Operating system has very little to do with web application speed. Faster web server machine will make the difference though.
