Can't retrieve columns information

Hello,
I'm using MySQL with ODBC-Connection to ASPRunner. Works fine.

But if the table has 1 million records or more I get the error message
Can't retrieve coumns information.
If I reduce the tabel to some 100 records I have no problem.

So the SQL-String is okay.
I thinks it's a general problem of ASPRUNNER depending on database size ?
From Step 5 to 6 CPU = 100% for more than a minute and

ASPRUNNER seems to read all records to get columns information .... <img src='https://asprunner.com/forums/file.php?topicimage=1&fieldname=question&id=1799&image=1&table=forumtopics' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />

then the error message appears.
