Inline Add not work!

I have master detail table´s and when I add the record of the detail page work fine

but when try add record of the detail table "inline" the follow error is reported:
Error requesting page inst_cursos_alumnos_add.php?rndval=0.046749433502554893&editType=inline&id=40&isNeedSettings=false&table=&field=&category=&mastertable=inst_cursos_inscripciones&masterkey1=7
what´s up?

Previus the error show add button normaly


but, when click add new ...


this error is only in the online insert, a strange thing: if I build with phprunner 5.2

works fine this action ...
this is the relationship


I test with single key and the same result...

is well known error?
