My ISP has this to say: It's likely that there's some environment variable in the php execution environment that needs to be tuned... but without the application providing us an error, there's no way for us to identify what it is. Your best approach is to go to phprunner for support, they should be able to identify what causes this behavior, what needs to be changed... then you can provide that info to us, and we can help you implement it in our php hosting environment, if possible. To assist them, you'll want to provide them this info about your hosting environment: Windows 2003, IIS6, PHP in CGI mode v5.2.17, with configuration environment info available http://www.houseofguitars.com/info.php

That's correct, you need to contact support directly. Post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program. This way we can see if there is anything wrong with application itself or this issue is specific to your hosting provider.
