IIS 5.1 MTA for slow performance

I'm not able to add any instruction for IIS 5.1. Besides that IIS 5.1 means you run this application on Windows XP. The best approach is to move your app to a real web server powered by Windows 2003 or Windows 2008.

ASPRunner is by far the best utility of its type around, with that said I am still unable to get ver 6.2 or 6.3 to run on IIS6 but they run fine with II7 and setting it to STA. I am unsure of what changed between 6.1 and 6.2/6.3 to cause the issue.
