Order Entry Master-Detail Page

Has anyone put together an Order Entry Page - using PHPRunner. An Add new page with master record information like customer number, date etc and then a section or tab with detail [size="4"]records[/size] that can be viewed as they are being entered. I'm thinking of a 'classical' order entry form that you find in many if not all order management systems.
