PHPRunner General questions

PHPRunner looks great, but what is the best way to learn how to build the databases? Seems I need that before I need PHPRunner to create the scripts! I'm serious, I'll buy the program if I can learn to easily create good databases.

buy some database books and learn how to create them.
there's lots of resources on database creation on the web.
you can start by reading them up.
