Hello, I'm really confused with do it...

I am developing additional JavaScript functionality for details preview page on 'Edit' masterpage. And I need to refresh details page after some actions happened. How can I do it with PHPRunner JS API or something else?

You have to use plain Javascript/jQuery for this purpose. Unfortunately we do not examples of doing this.
