I had this need last year and was unable to meet it from within PHPRunner so I built some script which is linked to from the application and generates it's own html and subsequent pdf file using tcpdf.
The biggest hurdle I think is getting phprunner to save the pdf to the server rather than offering it for download. When I created a support ticket addressing the question, support said that they did not know how the code (PHPRunner) could be modified to do that.
Please post back if you figure out a way.
