theme or color schema does not change after full build and full upload. Hoping for a simple explaination and method to correct my above issue. I also uploaded all files with cuteftp... problem still persisted. I uploaded all css files in "include" folder without success. What's up with this strange behaviour? All feedback welcomed.
After a few days and many hours of frustration with this issue, I discovered it was a local computer config problem due to my "phpr output folder" being on Map Drive. After reconfig of my local drive issues, theme and color schema worked as expected. I was using my Backup External Drive for Output Folder, I Saved my project to local drive and problem was resolved.
