I am working on a project management system, I have a table (MEETINGS)

Date of Meeting

Issues

Decisions

Outcome"
No I want to generate a simple report which will only tell me the number of meetings conducted project wise.
e.g.

Project ABC - 2 Meetings (2 meetings records are inserted for Project ABC)

Project XYZ - 5 Meetings (5 meetings records are inserted for Project XYZ)
OR
I want to simply calculate the number of tasks assigned, task completed, task pending to a specific project. How am i going to do it.

When you create a report choose Project as a group field and display count or sum of meetings.

Thanks but there is no Count Option and as the Project field is a variable so the sum is also not working, any other idea?

'Count' is added automatically if you've turned up summary for your Group field on the Report: Group fields tab.
