What version of SQLite is supported. I had been using the phprunner with SQLite 3. After awhile it stopped working. I can open it with phpLiteAdmin v1.8.2 and this program sees no issues with the database. Can you shed any light on this?

SQLite 3 is supported.
You can send us your database along with project directory zipped for investigation.
