 Missing Demo Account Button

I have been working on a phpRunner project with a SQLite database. After building the project, the Demo Account button is not there. There are the other three, publish via FTP, Publish via Frontpage, a blank space where the Demo account button would be, and Quick upload to Ispirunner.
Any reason this should be gone?

Demo Account upload only supports MS Access, SQL Server and MySQL.
