When trying to view a chart I am getting.

XML Parser Failure: The markup in the document following the root element must be well-formed.


The sql for it is fairly complex and cannot be seen in the designer, however PHPRunner shows the results just fine.

I had the exact same problem and had to change the "select xxx as xxx1" part of the sql statment. Also you can't use non-latin characters (at least that was my case).

This error usually means data error like something is not right with SQL query or with results it returns.
The best approach is to post your application to Demo Account and open a ticket at http://support.xlinesoft.com sending your Demo Account URL. 'Demo Account' button can be found on the last screen in the program.
