Hi

I have 2 issues with the date fields when in edit mode.

The date field is set up as:

  • Date format: DD/MM/YYY English (UK)
  • Dropdown boxes with datepicker
  • Required field
    When editing the date field of a user, all records of that user are changed to the new date of that edited record.
    Also, despite the fact that the format is setup as DD/MM/YYYY the dropdownbox is showing MM/DD/YYYY.
    What could be the reason of these issues?
    Any help is appreciated.

please make sure you do a full rebuild after changing regional settings to English UK. This should solve the issue.

Hello Sergey,
The problem is half solved. the dropdown is showing the date as set in the Edit As screen.

But.... when edditing a date, all dates are still changed to the new date. I've re-checked the settings. When selecting properties of a date field in the visual editor, should I select anything in the View As tab? I haven't done so, but there is a selection for short and long date. Or doesn't that make any difference? My feeling is that it doesn't.
Can you please assist?
