Project file corrupted error

Today, I opened a project I was working on yesterday and I got the message 'Project file corrupted'.

I am very worried that I have lost the project.

Is there a way to restore the project file?

I really appreciate all tips and help.
EDIT: I could also not restore the backup file, when opening, the mysql daemon crashes (wampserver)

You can contact support directly sending the whole project directory zipped.
