I have live website at My link.

When you open page above, you will see magnifier icon on your far left - next to "Name".
I need to make small change on list page, so I download every thing from Web thru FTP.

But when I open above page (which is index.php(index.html?) from PHPRunner5.2, the magnifier icon and and heading area disappear.

I have not change anything yet. just downloaded and open.

I would like to bring back icon and heading area, but don't know which file should I check.
my security settings are:

Guest = View only (for list page and click magnifier to view detail)

User = Can see other users record, but Edit,Copy and Delete their own record only.
My Local Environment:

WindowsXP SP3

PHPRunner 5.2(Build5482)

Xampp 1.7.3

PHP 5.3.1
Let me know if these information is not enough to help me.
