Editing Japanese/Chinese .lng files

Could someone please give me a tip on how to deal with editing some of the .lng files.

French, Portuguese, etc etc I can cut and paste directly into these files from a web page that translates words. ie. google translate.

But when you look at the japanese or chinese .lng you get something like below.
Portuguese.lng No Problem copy and paste into this file.

How do i cut and paste or where can I go to get the code to display the chinese of japanese characters as above.

I need to have all my new message tags translated.

Any tips or help greatly appreciated.
And on the same topic, is there some system file in phprunner source, that holds all the label and field language changes done in the Misc tab Label Editor.

I would like to be able to translate these in one shot also.

Ver 5.2. Other wise I have to translate one by one which i dont have a problem with, but I need other people to translate the words and I would like to be able to just send them a list of the fields.
