I need to be able to grab the results of a search (if the user selects choices or all of them using the tick box) and pass that to an ASP page that I have that links (or re-links) them to an account.
For example: Table with a bunch of records that are owned by an account. This account has several projects. What I'd like to be able to do is to select the records using the list screen (or via a search) and click a button that send the selection to my asp page to allow the user to apply them to a different project. I have the button all done and sends the user to my page, but I need to know how to grab the selection.
Does this make sense? If so I hope someone can help, if it's not clear I'd be happy to provide more intel.
Thanks

btw: uing asp runner 6.1

Andiw,
I recommend you to have a look at the Update multiple records on the List page article in the ASPRunnerPro Help:

http://xlinesoft.com/asprunnerpro/docs/update_multiple_records_on_the_list_page.htm

(check corresponding article in the Help file for your ASPRunnerPro 6.1).

Thank you for the help and the link. I mentioned in my post that I am using 6.1 as I saw this document but it is with regard to 6.3. We really don't want to upgrade to 6.3 for several reasons, the biggest of which is we are a small company and money is tight.
Do you have any ideas for 6.1 (or will this work if I create my own button)?
Thanks again.
Andie

Oh my bad! Terriblly sorry, but when I searched the help file I used the wrong search terms. You may proceed to have me Flogged at your will.
Thanks for the assistance.
If I'm not back in here in the next two weeks or so, I want to wish everyone in this forum:
