Reset 'corrupted' PHPR file or Add Page

Hi, I suspect I have "corrupted" the PHPR file or the Add page . I have uploaded it in the Demo account to demonstrated.
If you look at http://demo.asprunner.net/shiong_gau_my_alpha_my/Alpha_Events_Manage_v631/reg_participants_add.php, you would notice the field PARTICIPANTS NAME is a drop down box. But when you look at the VIEW AS - EDIT in PHPRunner (I am using Build 7113), it is supposed to be a List Page with Search. Some how, it remains to be a Drop Down Box instead.
Also, the "Allow to Add New Values on the Fly" doesn't work on this field.
I have tried resetting the page but it has no impact. Can you advise how I can really RESET this page?
Also, the menu doesn't seem to work. The changes I make in PHPRunner is not reflected in the program. The Participants menu is missing.
Help please
