How to delete one option value using javascript

Hi~
The column using lookup wizard has 3 values.

Default is '1' meaning waiting for approvement while adding record.

The manager will change the value '2' or '3' meaning accepted and rejected on edit page.

How could the edit page only show up '2' and '3' options?
