php error happened

I'm trying PHPRunner 5.3 (build 6843) with:

apache2.2.17;

PHP Version 5.3.3;

mysql-5.1.52.

I tried to generate three examples that come with the application without making any changes, all of them, in some part of the generated application, show the error message that can be seen in the picture.
