Is there a way to add a "view" link for a look up table

I have value that is selected via a look up table. On the edit page I get the the Select link next to it which can be used to select the value as well as show other fields in the look up table, which is great. But what I would like to do is add something like a View link next to the value in the View page to show other field values in the look up table. Is this possible? In this case the field is a Primary Care Physician (PCP), for the current client record. I would like the "View" link to show the PCP phone, number, address, etc.
