A CMS site built with PHPRunner

Hi All.
I just have to show you the results we were able to get with PHP Runner when building a CMS site for one of our clients.
It was a lot of work but the client is 'over the moon'.
Everything is updatable except the Flash images and a couple of static pages that aren't permitted to be updatable because of security reasons.
