I want to replace the top of my pages where it says: Logged in as: [Username]

to say

Welcome [Name][Surname] - Both these fields are also in the Login table.
How is this possible please?

Q: Is there an easy way to make this work on all pages (sort of a global event) or should it be implimented on each page seperately.

Needs to be added to each page.
