[STUDENT QUESTION] IT SHOP

hello all,
i'm a young student , who is learing alot these days from SQL , we have to make our own project now... I want to make a database website.
The purpose of the website would be this :
-internal SQL server/ ISS website

• "employs" can add new repair requests. ( fill in form ( computer spec , date in , ... )
  Am i at the right place to ask these things? I want to code and debug alot myself but i need some help here.
  Is there anyone willing to help me out?
