In PHPR 5.3 6382 i've noted the following:
Label Show Options in search panel is not translated, always showing English

in Edit.php there are some echo commands for "
confirm" "unlock" "lock" for concurent editing a record.

Hello All,

I'm looking forward to the final release 5.3. The ew functionality is just what I require.

Within version 6382 I've noticed that code dependent filtering of dropdowns work well under the Mozilla Firefox framework but not under IE-8, in fact they are empty.

If you experience any bugs in a new beta version I would suggest to contact support directly sending all info required to reproduce the issue.
