Is this possible with PHPRunner or ASPRunner

It looks to me like a search panel in PHPRunner that allows you to filter and search data. Yes, you can do that.

Dear admin,

The search model panel will fetch records from the database but in the fetch list there is an option for each record to give yes or no value checkboxes, and on top it can be changed to all yes (present) or all no(absent), then save the data to another table.

Here the search boxes fetch another editable list of records.
or to simply put a table contains record of all students in a college

using dropdown get some specific group of students

add attendance (present or absent) to those records

Sorry, that is an intranet application accessable through proxy the server is not connected to internet, but still I will try for any type of possibility or a full screencast.
