Hi,
The webiste hosting inspirurnner.com has been down for a considerable amount of time?
This is worrying as I have a substantial amount of data online.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm having the same issues also. Can't log into plesk or anything. I have sent emails to support and Sergey a while ago.

This is a very unlikely occurrence as Ive been using these servers for years without a glitch at all and I hope everything is alright.
I'm sure they are doing all they can to fix it, but a little sign of life would sure be a relief at this point! I'm staying put here at the office until I see some action.

Hopefully you have your site and DB backed up daily as I do in case of major problems, but there would still be an entire morning resulting in a couple hundred entries of data loss ..
Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best!

Folks,
I am having the same issue as well, and Layertech has been no help.

I can not reach Sergey, I hope all is well, I too have a substantial amount of data online and a customer that can't access his database that is growing more impatient by the minute.
I hope that this is resolved soon.

Al,
Were you actually able to speak to someone from layered tech or did you submit a ticket with no response?

I also traced the DNS to Layered Technologies in Plano Texas and went to their forums to see if there was any talk of data center problems and the most recent outage looks like back in 2009.

Although, they did some maintenance on sunday, it appears to be all complete.

Also, It looks like all the registration dates are current all the way through the chain with nothing even close to expiring.
I really don't know what to think here other than I wish Sergey would pop in here and check things out.

Over 9 hours down here and i'm starting to get a little nervous!

All,
I have sent messages to the 3 email addresses I have. No reply.
The site is still down - now over 12 hours (UK time).
I am now very very concerned. I have had no replies as yet. Tried calling support - left message no answer.
Can anyone shed some light on this please?

Since I am not an authorized user and my account is a "reseller account" LayeredTech will not even open a ticket and investigate.

It's a shame that because LayeredTech states that the box belongs to Sergey without his authorization or knowing what box it is,

IP information and other credentials, they are unable to help.
I too am getting very upset here and so is my client who is demanding answers.

My site is also hosted on inspirunner and currently working great.

we've contacted hosting admin and re-started all servers.

INSPIRUNNER is working now. Sorry for this inconvenience.
