How to secure an external page

I have added a link in the main menu that leads to an external page.

This page does not use any db stuff.

However, it is not protected and anyone can access it.

My question is, how can I protect this page so that only logged in people can access it (in much the same way that list/add etc pages can not be accessed freely).

Thank you ! The search function of the fora seldom gives good results... I was searching in vain for long !
