I saw that you have a rating script written for your FAQ's where someone can rate it and give feedback. Could you share that with us? I would really like one. Thank you.

Sure, and thanks. In the Knowledgebase (http://xlinesoft.com/dss/KBSearchT.asp) when you click any article, (http://xlinesoft.com/dss/ViewKBArticleT.asp?aid=127) for example, at the bottom of it is a blue bar that says 'Rate the Aricle' with numbers 1-10 and a box that says 'Rate' Below that is 'Add comment' I assume this was written with phprunner or asprunner.
