Reporting scheduler

Jane has posted in tips&tricks for ASPR a way to schedule this through cronjobs. may be there is a way to include some server side code to support scheduling reports or event based triggers to generate ande send a report via email. This would take ASPR to the next level as such features (reporting server) is only included in high end reporting tools (ie, hyperion, crystal reports, ms sql server reprots etc)

This could work based on a subscription mechanism that users can also automatically unsubscribe from (ideally)

Email Button:

Agree it would be useful to have a selectable button for each page to dispaly email (for selected record or entire page or entire report).

The data would be attached either as csv, xls, pdf or zip (which is ideal if auto compressed)

The user would get prompted to enter his email address (by default the email address stored in user's table would be retrieved and can be overwritten)
I find ASPR already better than MS SQL reporting server and believe with version 7 ist will be even better.
