As a first step you need to uncheck 'Friendly HTTP error messages' in IE settings to see what's the actual error message is. |

For those of you who are curious how this turned out.... |

I have a GoDaddy deluxe window hosting account (argggh, I know). My application works as intended on the Demo server but on the GoDaddy host I can't get past the login screen. I am fairly confident that my dbconnection file is correct because if I alter it I cannot even get to the login screen and if I enter an incorrect password it returns me to the login screen with an "incorrect password" message. (the login credentials are in a table in the database) Any suggestions would be appreciated! Is my logic sound about the dbconnection file? thanks, Bruce
