help - three issues

I use ASPRunner Professional 6.2 build 5482
I need help with three issues
1.download file: setting up the size of the file. As for now, I cannot download anything bigger than 2 MB. I receive the following message:
"The page cannot be found

The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed,

or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

a.. Make sure that the Web site address displayed in the address bar of

your browser is spelled and formatted correctly.

b.. If you reached this page by clicking a link, contact the Web site

administrator to alert them that the link is incorrectly formatted.

c.. Click the Back button to try another link.

HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.

Internet Information Services (IIS)

Technical Information (for support personnel)

a.. Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search

for the words HTTP and 404.

b.. Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and

search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Common Administrative Tasks, and

About Custom"
However, Internet Information Services (in local) works fine
2. when a user register to my website, I would like to send back a short email with just the user name and password. Right now I can only send back a long message with all the information saved in the registration form.

How can I do that?
3. Problem with the new function "use icon"
If a user has limited privileges (enter list and view) the icon link view is not visible in the page "list vertical"

If a user has more privileges all icons are visible.

If I create links in text form everything works fine
I tried all the templates but no luck.
