How to use "Edit Page Link"

In the Menu Editor, if I pick Link Type = PHPRunner Page... there is a "..." button next to the Link TO drop-down. If you click on it, a pop-window appears and it is called "Edit Page Link". Sorry if this sounds silly, but how do you use this feature? It doesn't seem to be documented in the Help file.

Hi,
it's used to set up link parameters. There is a description of the option in the help file:

Thank you. I am certain you are aware that the HELP file with PHPRunner 5.2 does seem to have some parts missing, compared to the online version. I think it is because the online version was updated later. Would there be a place where I can download the latest HELP file? Thank you again.
