Access violation when editing pages

I am trying to edit view and add pages so that there are 4 columns instead of 2. I have done this many times before in ASPRunner with no issues. But I cannot do so. It appears to insert a new column after. But, when I attempt to click into or arrow key to thenew column, I get the following access error. I have tried both 6.1 and 6.2.
"Access Violation at 0x7C90E8E5 (tried to write to 0x00030FDC), program terminated.

You need to contact support team directly sending your project directory zipped along with your database for investigation.
