I am looking for someone to design a new smarty template that will work with phprunner. We have designed an application with all the functionality we require, now we want to turn it into a production quality website. Any takers? I can have a designer do the layout to be "templatized".

I would suggest to post a link here of what you have built along with few pointers of how it should look. Probably we'll be able to suggest something.
