Your Expertise for Video tutorials

I am at the stage now where I would like to make some video tutorials on the application built with PHPRunner. (ver 5.1)
So before I delve into the world of video capture programs and such, what is it you are currently using for the PHPRunner tutorials.

I noticed that they are just linked to some *.htm file.
Any helpful pointers and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
