Hey Everyone
I am using PHPR 5.2 Build 5242 and just started using the Lookup Wizard with my Add/Edit pages. I have used it is the past, but never selected the "Allow to add new values on the fly". It works fine when I set it up initially. Now if I work on other tables or even events BUT never touch those Add/Edit pages again, and do a rebuild, sometimes the "Add new" hyper-link is there, sometimes it is NOT. If I go back and and go back into the Lookup Wizard for that field, and do a TEST, then do the rebuild, it works. Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?
Thanks
Mike

Hey Mike,
You know, the only time I ever came across this kind of problem is when I screwed up and unselected that looked-up table's add record feature. I spent a half day figuring out why this was happening until I realized what I did. So if you want, just go to the list page of the table you are referencing and make sure you can add and edit records successfully. Also, don't forget to check your permissions ( if you set this option up). If the logged in user does not have permission to edit or add values to that looked-up table, the link will not be visible.
Hope this helps!
